Medical Alley Association Welcomes Hennepin Healthcare CEO Jennifer DeCubellis to Board of Directors

Medical Alley, MN – The Medical Alley Association (MAA) is pleased to announce that Jennifer DeCubellis, CEO of Hennepin Healthcare, has been elected to its Board of Directors.

“We are excited to welcome Jennifer DeCubellis, to the Board of Directors,” said Roberta Dressen, MAA CEO and President. “Her experience in leading a large-scale healthcare provider system, as well as her work in health equity and innovation, will be an invaluable addition to the work of the Medical Alley Board.”

Hennepin Healthcare System is a Twin Cities-based healthcare organization that includes Hennepin County Medical Center, Level I adult and pediatric trauma care centers, an academic medical center, outpatient clinics, and numerous community clinics throughout the metro area.

Jennifer DeCubellis has led Hennepin Healthcare since February 2020. Previously, she served as the Hennepin County Deputy Administrator where she was responsible for creating Hennepin Health, a partnership between the county and the healthcare system. This partnershipintegrated medical and behavioral care with social services for patients on Medicaid.

“Medical Alley is uniquely poised to solve some of healthcare’s most pressing issues,” DeCubellis said. “I am eager to bring my perspective, and Hennepin Healthcare’s, to the table to continue elevating the region and transforming healthcare.”

Jim Rogers, the Board Chair and Chief Business Development Officer at the Mayo Clinic, welcomed DeCubellis, saying, “I know that she will make an excellent addition to the Board and provide a new, diverse perspective as we support healthcare companies in Medical Alley and beyond.”
