Minneapolis-based insurance technology company announces Vice President of Product Management and Director of Operations Roles

Minneapolis, Minn. (March 23, 2021) – Nexben, an end-to-end cloud-based platform connecting all aspects of the benefits industry, is proud to announce that Kelly Harman- Severson has joined the team as Director of Operations and that Dave Koelln has been promoted to Vice President of Product Management. Both of these roles are newly created to support Nexben’s growing business.

As Director of Operations, Harman-Severson is responsible for ensuring Nexben delivers positive outcomes for clients through strategy and execution of post-sales processes and operational delivery.

Koelln’s new position was created to lead the strategy and direction for all Nexben products, driving innovation and market leadership on a national scale.

As Vice President of Product Management, Koelln will bring his experience in leading transformational change efforts in the healthcare industry. He specializes in leveraging technology to yield better outcomes while enhancing the experience. Prior to joining Nexben, Koelln has worked with organizations such as Boston Scientific and Medtronic, among others.
