Ryan Craig is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in his work and in his personal life.
As chief talent officer at Minnetonka-based UnitedHealthcare, a UnitedHealth Group Inc. company, Craig is responsible for more than 100,000 employees globally. Beyond spearheading recruitment efforts and talent programs, part of his job is to help foster an inclusive employee culture.
He moved to the Twin Cities with his husband, Tony, two years ago, and has since been a powerful local advocate for LGBTQ rights. Those advocacy efforts started before his arrival in the Twin Cities, though.
