The Medical Alley Association Welcomes the University of Minnesota as New Sustaining Member

MEDICAL ALLEY, MINN. – The Medical Alley Association is pleased to announce the University of Minnesota has become its newest sustaining member.

“We are excited to elevate our commitment to the Medical Alley Association,” said President Joan T.A. Gabel, who is also a member of the Medical Alley Association Board of Directors. “Our mission of learning, discovery, and service is an excellent fit as we work together to transform healthcare and continue our community’s rich history of innovation.”

The University of Minnesota is a major influence in the state with five campuses across Medical Alley. The University’s flagship campus in the Twin Cities is a top 10 public research university in the U.S. and has produced alumni and faculty who have gone on to revolutionize healthcare by discovering new cancer therapies, winning Nobel Prizes, and inventing the pacemaker.
