Microbiologics, a global leader in biomaterial standards, is thrilled to welcome Mike Prasch as Chief Financial Officer. Mike brings over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and leadership. Prior to joining Microbiologics, Mr. Prasch served as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for Pace Analytical, a leader in environmental and life science testing services.
Joining Pace Analytical in 1999, Mr. Prasch was responsible for long-term strategic planning, as well as all financial management. In addition, Mr. Prasch had oversight of both the Information Technology and Human Resources teams. During his tenure at Pace, Mr. Prasch was involved in over 50 acquisitions and brings strong M&A, due diligence, and integration experience to Microbiologics. Mr. Prasch received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Finance from Minnesota State University.
