MEDICAL ALLEY, Minn. (September 24, 2024) — Medical Alley has appointed Lisa Erickson to the organization’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Erickson currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Medica, a nonprofit health plan serving nearly 1.5 million people across the country, primarily in the Midwest. Erickson brings more than two decades of experience in the industry, having previously held leadership roles at major organizations within the healthcare sector.
“Lisa is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare,” Medical Alley President and CEO Roberta Antoine Dressen said. “Her passion for improving patient outcomes and her strategic approach to navigating the ever-evolving healthcare landscape make her an exceptional addition to our Board of Directors.”
Prior to Medica, Erickson was a Senior Vice President at Optum, where she led pharmacy network contracting and relationships, network operations, and pricing and underwriting. She also held financial leadership roles at Best Buy, General Mills, The Pillsbury Company, and TCF Bank.
