LightningCath Moves to New State-of-the-Art Facility, Reinforcing Commitment to Growth and Customer Support

February 10

BROOKLYN PARK, MN FEBRUARY 10, 2025 – LightningCath is excited to announce the successful relocation of its operations to a new facility designed to boost production and foster a collaborative work environment. This recent move was completed in January 2025.

The new facility spans over 57,000 square feet and features a dedicated open-concept R&D lab, Class 8 clean room space, and a newly built extrusion production area. The enhancements are expected to increase productivity and innovation, enabling LightningCath to expand its growing list of capabilities and meet the ongoing demands of the medical device industry.

“Moving to this new space is a strategic decision that reflects our commitment to growth and innovation,” said Co-Founder Matt Osten. “With improved facilities and an environment designed for collaboration, we are excited to continue serving our clients with the speed and quality they expect from us.”

The new location, located just 5 miles from the previous facility, remains in the northwest hub of Medical Alley. The proximity will ensure a smooth transition for employees, who will benefit from expanded lab facilities, modern workstations, and improved conference rooms to promote teamwork and creativity.

To celebrate this significant milestone, LightningCath will host an open house at its new location of 7125 Northland Terrace, Suite 200 in Brooklyn Park on Thursday, February 20, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Members of the community, partners and clients are invited to tour the new facility and meet the team behind LightningCath’s creative solutions.
