Medical Alley, MN – The Medical Alley Association (MAA) is pleased to announce Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited (“Takeda”) as its newest foundational member.

Takeda is an important innovator in Minnesota’s Medical Alley. The company has invested in the region through the construction of a $75 million manufacturing facility in Brooklyn Park and the creation of seven BioLife Plasma Services collection centers throughout the state.
Takeda has also contributed significantly to Minnesota’s economy by providing highly-skilled manufacturing jobs, workforce development and training opportunities, and producing life-transforming treatments. The company employs more than 750 people in Minnesota, making it one of the state’s largest biotech manufacturing employers.
