Mental Health Awareness Month 2024

While mental health matters year-round, we would like to shine a light on Mental Health Awareness Month in May. This is an important month to spread awareness and knowledge about mental health, end misperceptions and stigma, and provide resources that may help you moving forward.

We would also like to thank our many wonderful partners who are doing great work in this space to make mental health more accessible and approachable. Listen to our recent podcast episodes below on mental health with Bend Health founder Monika Roots, Allina Health President and CEO Lisa Shannon, and a collection of organizations working in mental health who participated in Mental Health Awareness Day at the 2023 Minnesota State Fair.

To learn more about mental health and access important resources for yourself or your business, please see more information from the National Alliance on Mental Health (NAMI) and Mental Health America.

If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. Call or text 988 or chat 988lifeline.org for free and confidential support, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
