Four decades ago, our founders designed the original Medical Alley map to showcase Minnesota’s growing ecosystem of healthcare innovation and excellence. That original image has marked Medical Alley’s history in the Smithsonian Institution as part of the Places of Invention exhibit. Now 40 years later, we are thrilled to celebrate the release of the new Medical Alley Map — the 40th Anniversary Edition. This current map represents connections, the countless innovations, and the community of change-makers that have expanded far beyond what our founders could have imagined 40 years ago.
