At Datica, we are committed to helping our customers work to combat COVID-19. As our CMO, Dave Levin, MD, recently noted, “There is no way around this. The only way is through, and the best way through is together.”

Recently, one of Datica’s customers added Epic FHIR endpoints to its virtual care application to help manage an influx of admissions and ventilated patients during COVID-19. Now with Epic FHIR endpoints, hospitals can access and capture patient data in real-time, allowing clinicians to provide patients with the right care.

Over the course of a three-week lead time, Datica rapidly:

  • Added additional Epic USCDI FHIR API endpoints support
  • Enabling a new module for an ICU remote monitoring application
  • Helping clinicians manage their patient population and provide more robust virtual ventilation management
  • Reducing install time and resources required from hospital systems.

Datica is here to help you. Our decades of experience in health IT enables you to scale up solutions quickly and confidently.
