Contract sterilizer brings senior sales leader onboard to support its customer-first approach

NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. — NextBeam, a leading provider of Electron Beam irradiation services, is pleased to announce the addition of Lindsey Robinson as Sales Director.

Lindsey comes aboard as Sales Director, leveraging over 18 years of expertise in the sterilization industry. Her focus on customer needs and tailored solutions align perfectly with NextBeam’s commitment to a customer-first approach.

“Bringing Lindsey onto the team demonstrates our dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction, positioning us for continued growth and success in the industry,” says Andrew Patton, Founder and CEO of NextBeam.

Lindsey’s onboarding supports NextBeam’s growing momentum. In 2023, NextBeam achieved remarkable milestones, including the irradiation of over 5.7 million pounds of customer products and maintaining an industry-leading low scrap rate of <0.04%.

NextBeam delivers sustainable, accelerator-based sterilization with technologies like E-Beam because it understands that customers are looking to reduce the risk that they see in legacy modalities such as Gamma and Ethylene Oxide (EO).

“90% of medical devices are currently sterilized by Gamma or EO, but we think up to 60% could be sterilized in E-Beam,” says Patton. “We know that customers are looking for better solutions given pricing, litigation risk, and other issues connected to these legacy modalities. We believe that a network of modern, reliable, and sustainable accelerator-based sterilization facilities offers a better future for customers.”
