MEDICAL ALLEY, Minn. (5/20/2024) — Medical Alley® President and CEO Roberta “Bobbie” Dressen announced the appointment of Dana Erickson to the Medical Alley Board of Directors, effective immediately.
“Dana’s leadership and extensive knowledge across the healthcare ecosystem are precisely what we need to move our strategic initiatives forward,” Dressen said. “As we look to the future of health innovation, her expertise will be invaluable in driving transformative solutions to benefit patients here and around the world.”
Dana Erickson is president and chief executive officer of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, overseeing the strategy and operations of the state’s largest non-profit health plan. She joined Blue Cross in 2015 and has served in leadership roles in the organization’s health services division.
Prior to joining Blue Cross, Erickson held clinical and medical leadership roles at Univita Health and Optum Health. As a registered nurse and respiratory therapist, Erickson also spent two years as a nursing leader in Anoka County.
