Finnesse Partners Joins Forces with FloodGate Medical, Paving Way for Expansion and Enhanced Services

Medical Alley, Minn — Finnesse Partners, an industry leader in MedTech recruiting will join FloodGate Medical, Finnesse Partners Founder and President Janie Finn announced. 

Moving forward, Finnesse Partners will operate as FloodGate Medical. As part of the transition, Finn — a nationwide recruiting expert with nearly four decades of experience in MedTech — will stay on for two years as an advisor. 

“Through this merger, we will accelerate our national reach, including all levels of sales positions — an area that Finnesse was not previously focused on,” Finn said. “This allows us to truly be a single source partner for you as we continue to build together!”   

Known as, “The heart and science of MedTech Executive Search,” Finnesse Partners is a boutique search firm dedicated exclusively to the MedTech industry. Finn founded Finnesse Partners in 2012.
