Natasha Chen is senior vice president and general manager of Global Healthcare for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people, planet and business health. Natasha leads the company’s Healthcare business, which provides a broad portfolio of innovative infection prevention programs to customers in more than 90 countries.

Previously, Natasha was senior vice president and general manager of Healthcare North America. She also served as senior vice president and general manager for Ecolab’s Global Hand Care business, and senior vice president of Global Platforms within Ecolab’s Industrial group, where she led the digital, engineering and cross-divisional marketing functions to drive growth and collaboration across divisions.

Prior to joining Ecolab in 2018, Natasha held several senior leadership roles in general management and marketing across multiple geographies, including the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific during her 21 years with Colgate-Palmolive.

Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in New Orleans and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Cornell University. She also serves as a sustaining member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women.
