Theonie Anastassiadis is an Origination Partner at Flagship Pioneering (founding institution of Moderna and other companies), where she focused on founding, building, and growing bioplatform companies. She currently serves as Founding President of Prologue Medicines. Previously, as co-founder and chief innovation officer at Alltrna, she pioneered the development of tRNAs as a novel therapeutic modality that unlocks the unprecedented ability to have a single medicine treat thousands of diseases.

David Pomfret, MBA

Vice President of Clinical Operations, Mobius Medical

David is VP Clinical Operations-US for Mobius Medical, where he leverages over 30 years of experience at companies like Lilly, St. Jude Medical, Abbott, and several startups. His team supports clinical trials end-to end for early-stage companies to leading medical device companies.

Demi Radeva, MSc

Founder & CSO, Akros Advisory Services

Demi works with health system leaders and startups to navigate reimbursement and market access across Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial health plans. Drawing on experience at UnitedHealthcare, Optum, and as Founder of Akros Advisory, she has helped over 50 startups secure funding, land payer contracts, and design effective go-to-market strategies.

Jamie is dedicated to working with entrepreneurs and has a passion for medical and life science innovation. He currently serves as the Director of the Mayo Clinic Platform Accelerate Program, an Accelerator for HealthTech AI companies. Hannah Zhang, MSF

CEO, Zepto Life Technologies

Hannah Zhang is the CEO of Zepto Life Technology, a healthcare startup tackling hard problems in medical diagnostics. She works at the intersection of technology, clinical care, and commercialization, building tools designed to change how serious infections are identified and treated. Hannah holds an MS in Finance from the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego.
