Roberta Dressen Named New CEO of the Medical Alley Association

Medical Alley, MN – The Medical Alley Association (MAA) is pleased to announce the appointment of our new President and Chief Executive Officer, Roberta Antoine Dressen, a known medical industry veteran.  

“MAA’s board of directors is excited to begin working with Roberta Dressen,” said Jim Rogers, Medical Alley Board Chair and Chief Business Development Officer at Mayo Clinic. “Her experience will help MAA continue to be one of the most influential healthcare organizations in the world.”

Dressen has nearly two decades of leadership experience with many of Medical Alley’s most notable healthcare organizations, including Allina Health, UnitedHealth Group, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic. She is currently an operating partner at LFE Capital, a Wayzata-based private equity firm investing in women-led wellness companies.

“The Medical Alley Association has a strong reputation of leadership and innovation,” Roberta Dressen said. “I look forward to joining MAA and partnering with other global healthcare leaders to find ways to better serve our members and stimulate collaboration around how we can bridge current gaps in the healthcare industry.”

Dressen will officially begin her new role next week. Interim CEO Steffen Hovard will stay on board for the next several weeks to assist with the transition.
