The round was led by Heal Capital, with follow-on participation from existing investors including Nickleby Capital and the first NHS-backed venture fund, Meridian Health Ventures.

Founded by former NHS doctors Dr. Ash Kalraiya and Dr. Ali Bahsoun, MediShout raised over $5 million in seed funding in 2023, backed by Episode 1, Nickleby Capital and Meridian

MediShout replaces siloed systems with a centralized digital interface for hospital staff to report issues, track status updates in real-time and coordinate spare parts, kits and maintenance across suppliers with Amazon-like ease.
A Dual-Sided Platform Plugging The ‘Digital Gap’ Between Hospitals and Suppliers
Hospitals rely on thousands of medical suppliers to deliver patient care, yet communication between the two remains largely analogue; dominated by phone calls, emails and fragmented systems. MediShout bridges this digital gap with a dual-sided platform that connects hospitals, suppliers and even patients managing their at-home medical devices.
The platform currently offers multiple core modules covering equipment faults, loan kit management, maintenance, purchase orders, and supplier product support.
