MEDICAL ALLEY, Minn. (2/26/2026) — Medical Alley is pleased to announce that veteran medical technology executive Chris Landon has been named Chair of the Medical Alley Board of Directors.
Landon brings more than two decades of leadership experience across global medical technology, healthcare innovation, and organizational growth. He currently serves as CEO of Natus Neuro, a global provider of neurodiagnostic and monitoring solutions. He has also held senior leadership roles at Philips, Medtronic, and Deloitte.
“Chris is one of the most respected leaders in global medical technology,” said Roberta Antoine Dressen, President and CEO of Medical Alley. “He has led at scale, driven meaningful innovation, and built organizations that deliver for patients. His leadership will be instrumental as we advance Medical Alley’s role as the epicenter of health innovation and care.”

Landon has been an active member of the Medical Alley community for several years, most recently serving as Vice Chair of the Board. He is also deeply involved in the broader healthcare community, with prior board service supporting the American Heart Association Twin Cities Heart Walk and The Growing Through Darkness Foundation.
“Medical Alley represents what’s possible when leaders choose to build together,” said Landon. “I’m honored to serve as Chair and look forward to helping accelerate the innovation, collaboration, and impact that define this ecosystem – advancing patient access and strengthening healthcare here in Minnesota and far beyond.”
Landon succeeds James Hereford, President and CEO of Fairview Health Services, who completed his term as Board Chair at the end of 2025 and will assume the role of Chair Emeritus.
“James is truly a one-of-a-kind leader,” said Dressen. “He leads with boldness, clarity, and conviction, and always challenged us to think bigger. We are grateful for his continued service and Chair Emeritus.”
Landon holds an MBA from the International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the University of Washington.
