Minneapolis, MN — May 16, 2025 — After 34 years of visionary leadership, Tom KraMer, Founder and CEO of Kablooe Design, is stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer. The company is proud to announce that Fred Sklenar will assume the position as Kablooe’s new CEO, effective August 17, 2025
Fred Sklenar brings a wealth of experience in creative consultancy and product development leadership. With advanced degrees in design, innovation, medical devices, and a Master of Business Administration, Fred’s background spans decades of designing award-winning products and leading high-performing teams. His passion, strategic vision, and industry insight make him uniquely positioned to lead Kablooe into its next chapter of innovation and growth.
