About The Role:

VuMedi’s Customer Success Managers (CSM) are entrusted with the relationships, strategy, and well-being of VuMedi’s Industry Partners. The CSM’s are responsible for making data-driven decisions to help our customers derive value and grow their business with VuMedi and ultimately improve patient care. This role is more than account management; You will be a trusted advisor to our Industry Partners and make well-informed decisions with minimal oversight.

What You’ll Do:

- Build meaningful relationships with customers and key stakeholders by making informed recommendations and action plans to become a trusted advisor
- Be a powerful advocate that identifies customers challenges and opportunities
- Enable customers to become VuMedi experts and understand the value in their analytics dashboard
- Launch and deliver VuMedi's customer programs above customer expectations
- Identify and test approaches to make VuMedi's delivery methodologies more efficient and productive
- Conduct regular business reviews and lead presentations to key stakeholders to prove ROI
- Be an industry expert and partner cross-functionally to advocate on behalf of your customers
- Take ownership of developing junior team members via mentoring and/or partnering on complex accounts

About You:

- Highly consultative, business savvy, and experienced in making data-driven decisions
- Eager to learn about the evolving healthcare trends and proactive in finding creative ways to deliver solutions to customers
- Empathetic to customers needs and care deeply about helping them achieve their goals
- Self-starter and confident in an autonomous environment and have the capacity to make informed decisions and guide our customers to success
- Able to engage and captivate an audience as a presenter and enjoy talking with and listening to others
