This position will be responsible for supporting the company’s growth initiatives in multiple areas leading organic market development activities in the Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) franchise. This roll will be responsible for the early and rapid market development of a new therapy by navigating uncharted territory while leveraging expertise from throughout the company.


•Identify, evaluate, and organize business strategy around organic market development activities in areas adjacent to the company’s current business.

•Identify ways to work either within or outside of the company’s current structure to pursue growth opportunities in adjacent markets.

•Identify target markets and users, develop market model, and build business and financial cases.

•Cross-functional planning with departments leaders to secure buy-in to the near-term and long-term therapy roadmaps, including product, commercial and clinical activities.

•Develop and implement product go-to-market plans, aligning the organization to these plans, and monitoring launch performance metrics to achieve sales performance goals.

•Partner with cross-functional R&D teams in the development of effective products that appeal to and serve target customers. Primary responsibilities include focused voice-of-customer, defining and quantifying unmet customer needs, and ensuring design requirements address customer needs; support formative and summative product testing and lead product commercial launch activities.

•Support post market understanding of product and procedure performance.Provide insights to ongoing platform needs including supporting interpretation of complaint trends.Provide commercial inputs.

•Partner with Healthcare Economics team to understand reimbursement landscape and devise plans for market entry.

•Guide clinical teams in the development of investigator-initiated and company-funded clinical evidence.

•Generally, act as a leader and champion for this portion of the MIS therapy business.

•Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Therapy Development or equivalent role.

•Direct experience with US and INTL electrophysiologist (EP) customers, and familiarity with EP therapies.

•Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement, make decisions in a changing environment, prioritize tasks under high pressure, work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with time sensitive deadlines, and anticipate future needs.

•Strong project management skills, ability to define project goals and deliverables with limited guidance.

•Demonstrated ability to foster an interactive and collaborative environment, to influence individuals or group with diverse opinions and to enlist cooperation without direct control/authority while building teams committed to accomplishing initiatives that may be resistant to change.

•Detail-oriented but ability to see the bigger picture.

•Capable of being both an individual contributor as well as a team player.

•Ability to influence and operate successfully in a matrix environment.

•35-50% travel possibility.


•Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, electrophysiology, and arrhythmias.

•Master’s degree or equivalent.


•Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as required.

•Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull.

•Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift over 25 pounds.

•Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
