The Nitty Gritty:
Management skills – Able to wrangle regulators, suppliers, procedure owners, and the leadership team, coordinate outside audits, develop an annual audit plan, and make sure our product is doing what it’s supposed to do.
Ownership – Own our QMS system, own relationships with leadership, audit committees, and procedure owners?to represent the state of quality.
Leadership – Lead customer complaint resolution processes, including tracking of issues, CAPA’s, and end results.
Knowledge– You know the ins and outs of technical engineering for both software and hardware.
All About You:
We’d love it if you had background in product development, reliability engineering, quality audits, communication, and/or medical devices. 3 or more years of experience would be a very good thing.
