We are looking for someone with high standards. Someone that loves processes and procedures the way our office manager loves new stationary. Someone that still reads the job description after the first two sentences.

The Nitty Gritty:

Management skills – Able to wrangle regulators, suppliers, procedure owners, and the leadership team, coordinate outside audits, develop an annual audit plan, and make sure our product is doing what it’s supposed to do.

Ownership – Own our QMS system, own relationships with leadership, audit committees, and procedure owners?to represent the state of quality.

Leadership – Lead customer complaint resolution processes, including tracking of issues, CAPA’s, and end results.

Knowledge– You know the ins and outs of technical engineering for both software and hardware.

All About You:

We’d love it if you had background in product development, reliability engineering, quality audits, communication, and/or medical devices. 3 or more years of experience would be a very good thing.

All About Us:

We are a team that consists of people with diabetes and those who have loved ones with diabetes.

We know what it’s like to try and check your sugar under a table in a public space. Or have to take your insulin in a bathroom stall. Or answer questions from curious classmates, coworkers, and friends.

That’s why POPS! was developed. We believe in simple and easy management. We believe in taking ownership of your life. We believe in people first. We believe in you.
