The Global Service Portfolio Manager plays a key leadership role, together with global service teams, to drive service growth through marketing and commercial excellence.
The Portfolio Manager also provides value beyond the marketing function as the Services subject matter expert. This person is expected to routinely provide perspective on strategic and organizational strategies on the services line. This person will be a key advocate for Services for the ACIST & BDI portfolio of products and will work with the international team on developing the strategy for services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the commercial efforts for Services:
Develop the strategic plan for product services for both ACIST & BDI service lines
Establish the pricing strategy for entire service line
Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop service plans for all ACIST & BDI product lines
Collaborate with the operations team on the execution of services strategy
Collaborate on the insides sales efforts for services
Support business development activities including analysis of fit, market and business potential, and financial modeling
Fosters a culture and spirit of product innovation and creativity. Demonstrates a willingness to advocate novel solutions for customers from all sources and functions in the organization and external resources.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
5 years services marketing experience
Experience interacting with, selling to and gaining input from global customers and partners
Demonstrates executive presence and ability to communicate at all levels
Strong business acumen
Ability to combine big-thinking strategic perspective with a detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Demonstrated experiences beyond the marketing function, to include clinical, engineering, business development or other functional experience that adds to their ability to execute marketing role.
Routinely have served in varied capacities beyond a pure individual contributor.
Experience in large and small company marketing function
Catheter based interventional medical device experience; interventional cardiology, radiology, and experience strongly desired
Domestic and International travel required 30% estimated
