BROOKLYN PARK, MN, JANUARY 20TH, 2026 – Switchback Medical, LLC (“Switchback”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Moran as its new Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). As COO, Moran will oversee the Company’s operational processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficient and effective operations. Moran will work closely with the CEO and leadership teams to develop and implement strategies that will enable Switchback to achieve its objectives and lead initiatives.

Moran brings over 30 years of medical device experience, spanning multinational corporations, private equity, and venture capital organizations. Most recently, he served as CEO of Biocoat for more than seven years, during which he significantly expanded the Company's strategic growth and transacted the business twice during his tenure. Moran’s strong background in optimizing operations and fostering high performing collaborative teams aligns with the mission and culture at Switchback.
