The Medical Alley Association Welcomes Kindeva Drug Delivery CEO Aaron Mann to Board of Directors

August 23

Medical Alley, MN – The Medical Alley Association (MAA) is pleased to announce that Aaron Mann, CEO of Kindeva Drug Delivery, has been elected to its board of directors.

“Aaron brings vital experiences from the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries to the board,” said Steffen Hovard, Interim President and CEO of MAA. “I know that he will be an incredibly valuable addition to our association.”

Kindeva, formerly 3M Drug Delivery Systems, provides drug development and manufacturing services to its pharmaceutical industry partners. Kindeva is built on more than a century of scientific achievement, successfully moving from promise to patent more than 500 times and launching dozens of life-changing products.

Mann joined the company as CEO when it spun out from 3M in early 2020. Prior to leading Kindeva, Mann served as president and general manager of 3M’s Drug Delivery Systems and vice president of strategy and business development for the company’s healthcare business group. He also serves as a member of the Altaris Operating Network, which plays an important role in advancing Altaris’ work with both current and future investments.

“Kindeva is a dynamic, fast-growing biotech company that is quickly making a name for itself in the industry,” Mann said. “I look forward to bringing this perspective and my experience to the Medical Alley Association’s board of directors.”

“We are thrilled to welcome Aaron to our board of directors,” said James Rogers, Chief Business Development Officer of Mayo Clinic and Chairman of the MAA Board of Directors. “We look forward to collaborating with him to further the association’s mission to grow and support healthcare companies in Medical Alley and beyond.”

Mann’s election to the board is effective immediately. MAA’s board of directors represents every sector of the health technology and care industry ranging from biotech to mental health. The board, organization, and its member companies are dedicated to solidifying Minnesota’s Medical Alley as The Global Epicenter of Health Innovation and Care ®.
